In the 2021 season, he returned again for the third time as the coach for the Chippa united team. Morgan worked with the club throughout the 2021 season and finally left the club for all-stars FC in 2022. At all Stars FC, he served as the club manager for one successful season and then left the club before the pre-season of the 2023 game. According to some sources Morgan is close to returning to his former club Chippa united.
